In 2011 I was diagnosed with PCOS / PMOS myself. I’ve been exactly where you are, and I know how exhausting the struggle is.
Determined to heal my body without using medication, I studied Nutrition & Health (M.Sc.) at university and I spent years diving deeper into gut health, female hormones, metabolism, nervous system regulation, and body awareness.

No. You can join whether you are currently on hormonal birth control, preparing to come off it, or already off it. Inside the program, we focus on supporting your body through nutrition, lifestyle, gut health, nervous system regulation, and rhythm-based practices.
If you’re planning to come off the pill or have recently stopped, we will look at what your body may need to be able to connect into its natural rhythm.
